The bus terminal in Pai really is just a small dirt area, more or less in the center of the village with a small ticket office, an ATM on the corner and a toilet in the back.

Note : While listed as 3 hour trip on a van, our van ride to Mae Hong Son took only 2.5 hours including a 10 minute toilet break.
